Hilton Miami Aventura

My stay at the Hilton Aventura Miami was amazing, but what truly made it unforgettable was the service from Nikki. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. No question ever felt like too much for her, and she handled everything with such patience and genuine kindness. You can tell she really cares about guests having the best experience possible. Because of her, the check-in process was smooth, my stay was stress-free, and I left feeling truly appreciated. Hilton Aventura Miami is lucky to have someone like Nikki on their team. I would absolutely stay here again — and I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to others thanks to her outstanding service!

We had a wonderful anniversary stay! Our room was clean and spacious, and we loved having a Starbucks on-site, which we enjoyed every morning. The quick walk to Aventura Mall was definitely a plus. Special shout-out to Nikki, who went above and beyond by surprising us with a fruit tray . Thank you to Caesar at the front desk as well for recommending great local spots to check out. A huge thank-you to Juan for the free shuttle ride to Sunny Isles Beach and the mini Aventura history lesson along the way. And shout-out to Mario, our bartender, for crafting the perfect French 65! Their hospitality truly made our trip even better.

Management handled a loud neighbor situation with finesse and to our complete satisfaction. Note to those making reservations: consider carefully whether an adjoining room is best for you and request accordingly. The room was beautiful and immaculate. Friendly and helpful staff. A free shuttle gets you to the Aventura mall and back. There is no available transport to the nearest ports. Of course, taxis, Lyft, Uber and private cars are good options for cruisers. We felt very safe during our time at the hotel. Restaurants and Publix are within easy walking distance. Enjoyable stay. Would book again.

Hilton Miami Aventura is a solid four star stay with a lot going for it. The location is very convenient, especially if you are shopping at Aventura Mall or exploring the surrounding area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a stylish lobby and comfortable common spaces. Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and nicely designed, with comfortable beds and great city views. Housekeeping kept everything very clean, which I appreciated. The pool area is a nice bonus and a great place to relax after a long day. My only minor downsides were that some amenities felt a bit limited for the price and certain areas could use small updates. Overall, it is a dependable, comfortable option in Aventura and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is luxurious and beautifully maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff, especially Cesar from concierge. Cesar went above and beyond to ensure that both my experience and my team’s were flawless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a lasting impression on all of us. I also want to mention Mario, our bartender, who crafted the best drinks and was so kind and personable. Between the outstanding service, beautiful atmosphere, and warm hospitality, this Hilton truly stands out. We can’t wait to return!

Whew!! Definitely placed In my top 3 hotels!! Yesssss the president suite?! Omg I really enjoyed my stay. I loved it so much and the staff is so awesome the team that is here tonight 2/21/26. Amazing :) I had to leave a review because I’m visiting from Texas and this is my second night. My first night I stayed at Homewood suites and it was not a good experience and the team was not as in a positive spirit.

This is a fantastic hotel in the area at this price (King deluxe for $200/night). The room was spacious, clean and very nicely furnished. The bed and pillows were just outstanding. The food was always very good in the restaurant and the staff very friendly. If this is your first time in Aventura, take notice. Aventura is a very congested area that is difficult to maneuver. Traffic is just terrible, and it takes much longer than you think to get anywhere.

I stayed at the Hilton Aventura Miami for almost two weeks for work, and it has truly been a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, but what made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional service from Nikkia and Peter. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond. My initial room wasn’t quite what I was looking for, and without hesitation they helped me switch to a room that suited me perfectly. When I had concerns about room cleaning, they addressed them immediately and ensured everything was taken care of. Their kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference. Every time I returned from work, they greeted me in the lobby, checked in on how my day was going, and genuinely made me feel at home. It’s rare to find people who truly care, but Nikkia and Peter consistently made my stay feel comfortable, safe, and personal. I’m very particular about where I stay, and the rooms here were clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. Because of their outstanding hospitality, I’ll definitely be returning.
